We are now launching our Reward Program to our members!

The purchase amount would become reward points (HKD 100 : 1pt). Members can check your reward points at your account and can redeem your reward point as cash (1pt = HKD 1) on the next order. There are no limits on redeeming your points, except they cannot be used on sale items.

Terms & Conditions

- All reward points are valid for 12 months top. Reward points start accumulating on 1st January till 31st December every year. All points will be eliminated on the last day of the year. Fresh start in the next year!

- Customers must be register as members to gain reward points. No reward points will be earned on orders without logging in.

- Members will gain your reward points after received/picked up the order. If the reward points have not shown properly, please contact us.

- Reward points are non transferable

- Reward points must not convert into cash.

- If members forgot to redeem your points before checking out, you could always leave them for the next order. No points could be redeemed after checking out.

- Hung Yuen Provisions reserves all rights to revise all terms, conditions, and cancellation on the loyalty points program.

- Hung Yuen Provisions reserves the discretion if there is any dispute.

- Hung Yuen Provisions takes no responsibility on any technical problems, or any error that exceed our ability to handle.
