Brewery History:Takagi Shuzo has over 400 years of history in Yamagata. The 14th generation master developed the rare “Sakemirai” rice. Juyondai is revered as the “King of Sake” for its luxurious fruit aromas and refined balance.
Sake Introduction:The Juyondai Sakemirai Nakadori Jōmorohaku Junmai Daiginjo uses the brewery’s proprietary Sakemirai rice at 45% polishing. “Nakadori” selects only the purest middle press fraction, and “Jōmorohaku” represents the highest grade of polished rice for both koji and kakemai – delivering exceptional fruit purity and depth.
Tasting Notes:Nosing: Gorgeous ripe melon, white peach, lychee, banana and honeyed fruit.Palate: Full and rich with generous umami, ripe fruits, honey sweetness and refined rice character, turning lighter and refreshing in the finish.Finish: Long, elegant with lingering fruit and clean mineral notes.
