釀造細節

原料米：秋田縣產以其細膩米香與柔和質地聞名。

精米歩合： 55%，中高精米保留米的核心風味，減少雜味，呈現清爽與濃郁的平衡。

酵母：No. 6 酵母，酒造自有酵母，以清新果香（如桃子、香蕉）與明亮酸度著稱。

釀造法：採用傳統生酛法，通過自然乳酸發酵增添複雜的酸度與層次感，無人工添加劑，突顯純粹風味。

原酒：未經稀釋，酒精度13%，低於一般清酒，保持輕盈易飲但風味濃郁。

生酒：未經火入（加熱殺菌），保留鮮活風味，需冷藏以維持品質。
