秋季限定作品「榮光富士 熟成藏隱し 」,每年出品一次的「冷卸 ひやおろし」,冷 = ひや:常溫,卸 = おろし:出品,因此取名「冷卸酒」/「秋酒」,低溫熟成後的酒體更加圓潤有深度,果味更濃郁,數量十分稀有。「榮光富士」出產於山形縣,與知名的高級清酒品牌「十四代」同屬一縣,使用山形10號酵母醸酒,口感均衡優美,以無濾過 生酒系列最受人歡迎。尤其清爽的味道,源於沒有經過火入處理(生酒),在裝瓶前亦選擇不加入釀造用水去稀釋酒體(原酒),加上沒有經過活性碳過濾的過程(無濾過),香氣上更奔放,口感更富層次感,相比一般有做水割(加水)的酒,更保留原有的風味。
