• Expression: Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki Namazake is a “Junmai Ginjo” sake, made with pure rice (no added alcohol) and highly polished rice, and is a “Namazake” (unpasteurized sake), retaining fresh flavors.
