Kameizumi CEL-24 Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu is a sake produced by the well-known Kameizumi Brewery in Ehime Prefecture, Japan. This sake is brewed following traditional Junmai Ginjo techniques, using rice that has been polished to at least 50%, without the addition of any brewing alcohol, preserving the natural aroma and flavor of the rice.
As a Namagenshu, Kameizumi CEL-24 is taken directly from the fermentation barrel, unfiltered and unheated, preserving the original vitality and rich flavor of the sake. This brewing method gives the sake an extremely vivid freshness and a rich layering of flavors.
Kameizumi CEL-24 has a delicate and balanced taste, featuring the sweetness of rice and a refreshing aftertaste, with an alcohol content of about 14%. Its unique aroma and flavor make it a perfect companion at the dining table, especially paired with Japanese cuisine such as sashimi or light stewed dishes.
This sake from Kameizumi Brewery represents their exquisite brewing techniques and commitment to quality, making it a must-try choice for sake enthusiasts.
