The shipping options may vary depending onthe delivery address, time you make your purchase and item availability.
Delivery options:
1. Collectat our store – ZERO fee
- Purchaseyour order through our website, show your order number and phone number to our staff. You can collect your order after we packed your order.
If order value over $3000, we might have to ask for the credit card which use for the transaction and the ID card to verify your identity.
2. Purchaseover $1500 – FREE delivery fee (for 1 order)
- Ifyou purchase over $1500 in a single order, we will pay for your delivery fee. We would send your order through SF express. All packing and delivery fee are included.
- You can choose to pick up at SF Locker/ SF Shop or Ship to your address.
3. Purchaseunder $1500
- Same as above but customer have to pay for their delivery fee when they pick up or receive the items.
Reminder: Deliveries are made from Mondayto Saturday (working days only for commercial address).
