Saburomaru Tarot No. 5 The Hierophant is distilled using Islay peat-smoked malt at 50 ppm. Compared to Tarot No. 4 The Emperor, which used Highland peated malt, The Hierophant returns to a more delicate and graceful profile. Additionally, The Hierophant is fermented with the Saburomaru Distillery's own developed wet ale yeast alongside fresh whisky yeast, resulting in a rich and full-bodied flavor.
