Description

This Legacy Peak Jin Yu Chardonnay is a white wine from Ningxia's Helan Mountain East Foothills at about 13.9% ABV, made from Chardonnay grapes hand-harvested and sorted, with juice directly pressed into tanks and aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. It features a bright lemon yellow color, with aromas of melon, citrus, fresh lemon, and subtle toasted hazelnuts. The palate is delicate and full-bodied, layering yellow wine and cheese flavors with ripe melon, tropical fruits, mango, and passion fruit, balanced acidity. Overall fresh and lively, best served chilled, pairing with veal, lamb chops, Dazha crab, or salmon, highlighting Ningxia white wine's approachable and fruit-rich qualities.
