Subtle smoked honey, seaweed, mesquite smoke, dried pineapple, lightly toasted oak, baked red apple, dried mushrooms, ash, and tropical floral hints emerge, evoking a savory yet vibrant peat. After swirling, it evolves to smoky honey, dried seaweed, starfruit, toasted oak, burnt vegetal mezcal-like notes, clove, pineapple, dried green apple, and toasted malt, maintaining pleasant richness without overwhelming intensity. Adding water unleashes peppermint, tarry rope, peat smoke, and fennel for a sooty vintage surge.
