Beluga Vodka was launched in 2002 by the Mariinsk Distillery in Siberia, Russia, established in 1900. Known for its remote location providing pure artesian spring water (containing quartz) and premium malt spirit, the brand quickly gained international recognition for its ultra-premium quality. Originally produced using traditional Russian methods combined with modern technology. In 2022, due to geopolitical factors, Noblewood Group acquired the brand rights for $75 million (excluding Russia), shifting raw spirit production to a distillery in Latvia, with rectification and bottling in Montenegro, preserving core techniques.
