After years of absence, Benrinnes returns with this unique offering, known for its 2.5 distillation process and worm tub condensers. This whisky follows the concept of "matured symphony," spending 15 years in refill casks before being transferred to rejuvenated casks made from American and European oak for another 6 years. The result is a complex layering of flavors, with notes of overripe dark fruits, stewed pears, crushed figs, and caramel apples resonating on the palate.
