Producer History:Dom Pérignon is the prestige cuvée of Moët & Chandon, named after the 17th-century monk Dom Pierre Pérignon. Only produced in exceptional vintages, it is renowned for elegance, complexity and ageing potential.

Wine Introduction:The Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017 is a blend of approximately 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir with extended lees ageing. The warm 2017 vintage delivers concentration and vibrancy, resulting in a refined and balanced Champagne with excellent ageing potential.

Tasting Notes:Aroma: Elegant with white peach, citrus zest, almond, toasted brioche and subtle mineral floral notes.Palate: Full-bodied yet refined – white fruit, citrus, toasted almonds and spice with creamy, persistent bubbles.Finish: Long and precise with lingering citrus, minerality and gentle toasted notes.
