TASTING NOTES: Delicate nose with fragrances of white fruits, butter and brioche notes. Round and buttery in the mouth with a pleasant freshness in the finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12 to 14°C
AGEING POTENTIAL: 4 to 5 years
FOOD PAIRING: To pair with salmon terrine, fillet of sea bram in papillote, chicken skewers with lemon.
