艾德多爾 30 年在 1993 年進行蒸餾，是業界少見以 Oloroso 的初次雪莉桶裝填，並完整熟成 30 年，最後以酒精濃度56%原酒強度裝瓶。艾德多爾原廠並表示此款 30 年高年份鉅作更是酒廠今年唯一釋出的單桶作品。為了襯托出高年份的珍稀並與艾德多爾的風格相呼應，酒廠這次特別選用沉穩高雅的褐色木盒，將艾德多爾酒廠的樣貌縮小成袖珍版以雷雕方式呈現在木盒上，並以復古氛圍的酒標，作為專屬高年份原酒的標誌，展現古老酒廠之美。
