Production Details

Ingredients: Built on Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, infused with Ovens Valley yuzu (blending lemon, mandarin, grapefruit, and lime notes), finger limes, fresh ginger, turmeric, and sencha genmaicha (Japanese green tea with roasted rice). Other botanicals include juniper, lemon myrtle, coriander seed, and dried Australian apple, adding depth and texture.

ABV: 41.8% ABV, ensuring bold flavor for cocktails, non-filtered to retain a rich mouthfeel.

Craftsmanship: Distilled in a German copper still, Wilma, using open-plate technology to enhance body and aroma. Yuzu and finger limes provide vibrant citrus, ginger and turmeric add spice and earthiness, and sencha genmaicha contributes roasted rice and herbal layers, refined over a year for balance.

Flavor Profile

Aroma: Bright yuzu and lemon peel citrus, with juniper pine, lemongrass, and subtle roasted rice from sencha genmaicha, accented by ginger spice and coriander’s herbal notes.

Palate: Crisp and lively, with yuzu and finger limes delivering lemon, mandarin, and lime-like tart-sweet fruitiness. Juniper provides a solid backbone, ginger and turmeric add warm spice, and sencha genmaicha with lemon myrtle bring roasted rice and lemon curd nuances, with a smooth body.

Finish: Clean and refreshing, with lingering yuzu peel and lemon tartness, followed by ginger, pepper, and coriander’s subtle spice, and a warm roasted rice note.
