Ingredients

Built on Four Pillars’ classic gin base, with increased Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon, plus West African grains of paradise, Indonesian cubeb, organic blood orange, and fresh ginger to enhance spice and citrus notes. Other botanicals include juniper, coriander seed, cardamom, star anise, and angelica root.

ABV

43.8% ABV, a higher strength to ensure bold flavor in a Negroni, non-filtered to retain a rich mouthfeel.

Craftsmanship

Distilled in a German copper still, Wilma, using open plates to boost body and aroma intensity. Fresh ginger and blood orange add vibrancy and spice, while Tasmanian pepperberry and grains of paradise deliver a unique heat.

Flavor Profile

Aroma: Intense juniper pine and herbal notes (lavender, camphor), with spicy black pepper, candied ginger, blood orange citrus, and warm cinnamon, plus a subtle celery-like herbal hint.

Palate: Bold and spicy, with a warm hit of pepper and ginger, prominent juniper and citrus oiliness, blending cinnamon and cardamom warmth with soft lavender and coriander herbs. Full-bodied and layered.

Finish: Long and spicy, with pepper, juniper, and subtle orange peel bitterness, ending with herbal notes and a festive cinnamon-orange glow, perfectly balancing a Negroni’s bittersweet profile.
