GlenAllachie蒸餾廠成立於1967年，由Mackinlay McPherson在蘇格蘭Speyside地區創建，為威廉·德爾梅-埃文斯設計之第四座蒸餾廠。1985年被Invergordon收購並閒置，2017年由Billy Walker、Trisha Savage與Graham Stevenson團隊購得並復興，專注生產優質單一麥芽威士忌。


此款GlenAllachie 18年單一麥芽威士忌為Speyside風格，酒精度46% ABV，未添加色素，未經冷凝過濾，保留自然風味。陳年於精選橡木桶中，由Billy Walker監控至完美。鼻息充滿太妃糖醬、肉桂香料、新鮮香草莢、可可、蜂蜜巢與櫻桃。口感爆發杏仁糖、葡萄乾、豐富黑巧克力，繼而野蜂蜜、馬拉斯加櫻桃與奶油霜。整體甜美、果香、香料與橡木平衡，展現深度與順滑口感，適合細品。
