Description

GlenAllachie Distillery was established in 1967 by Mackinlay McPherson in Scotland's Speyside region, the fourth designed by William Delmé-Evans. Acquired and mothballed by Invergordon in 1985, it was revived in 2017 by Billy Walker, Trisha Savage, and Graham Stevenson, focusing on premium single malt whisky production.


This GlenAllachie 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt whisky at 46% ABV, with no added color and non-chill filtered to preserve natural flavors. Matured in select oak casks under Billy Walker's supervision until perfected. The nose offers toffee sauce, cinnamon spice, fresh vanilla pods, cocoa, honeycomb, and cherries. The palate bursts with marzipan, sultanas, rich dark chocolate, followed by wild honey, maraschino cherries, and buttercream. Overall, it balances sweetness, fruit, spice, and oak with depth and smooth texture, ideal for savoring.
