Description

Hennessy brand was founded in 1765 by Irish officer Richard Hennessy in the Cognac region of France, becoming the world's largest cognac producer. The Very Special (V.S.) grade was introduced in the 19th century, blending Eaux-de-vie aged at least 2 years, with the star rating system adopted in 1865, setting an industry standard. Now part of LVMH group.

This Hennessy Very Special is a cognac brandy at 40% ABV, made from Ugni Blanc grapes double-distilled and aged at least 2 years in French Limousin oak barrels. It features a golden color, with a nose of fresh fruity notes, oak, vanilla, toasted almonds, and subtle nuts. The palate is rich and smooth, blending soft fruits, toasted nuts, vanilla, and mild spice, with a fresh floral finish. Ideal for neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails like Hennessy Ginger or Sidecar, showcasing bold and fragrant style.
