Producer History:Hibiki is Suntory’s flagship blended Japanese whisky, launched in 1989. It combines malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu with grain whisky from Chita, embodying the Japanese concept of “wa” (harmony). The Blossom Harmony series has been released annually since 2021, featuring sakura cask influence.

Whisky Introduction:Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2026 is a limited NAS blend at 43% ABV, incorporating sakura-cask-finished grain whisky alongside traditional casks. Presented in the iconic 24-faceted bottle with Echizen washi and yobitsugi-inspired packaging, it highlights floral elegance and seasonal harmony.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Fragrant floral notes of cherry blossom, osmanthus and gentle honey.Palate: Smooth and refined – acacia honey, La France pear and elegant sakura mochi sweetness.Finish: Long, rich and vibrant with lingering floral and sweet notes.
