Description

The Highland Park 16 Year Old "Between You and I" is a limited edition single malt created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Björn Frantzén. Matured primarily in virgin Swedish oak casks, complemented by sherry-seasoned European and American oak, ex-bourbon, and refill casks, it features a unique nutty spiciness alongside the distillery's subtle peat smoke.

Nosing: Complex with vanilla, citrus, orange, and hints of nutty spice from Swedish oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and intense, with spicy facets, citrus, honey, cinnamon, and a subtle wisp of smoke.

Finish: Long and lingering, sweet with oak spice, smokey maritime notes, and satisfying warmth.
