Tasting Notes:Nosing: Restrained smoke with sweet vanilla, wood spice, smoked bacon and a hint of dried fruit.Palate: Layered and creamy – pepper, iodine, peat smoke and hints of green apple.Finish: Long with waves of smoke and a peppery conclusion.
