Maison Louis Jadot, founded in 1859 by Louis Henry Denis Jadot in Beaune, Burgundy, traces its roots to the family's Belgian origins in 1794. Starting with the acquisition of Beaune Premier Cru Clos des Ursules in 1826, the house grew through generations, expanding vineyards across Côte d'Or and emphasizing terroir-driven wines. By 1985, it was acquired by Kobrand Corporation, maintaining French leadership under Pierre-Henry Gagey. Today, Jadot produces diverse appellation wines, blending tradition and innovation to highlight Burgundy's complexity and heritage.


The 2022 Pernand-Vergelesses Clos de la Croix de Pierre is a powerful Premier Cru Pinot Noir from Côte de Beaune, showcasing ripe fruit and structure.

Nosing: Ripe black berries, red cherry, raspberry, with earthy mushroom and spicy clove hints.

Palate: Concentrated fresh raspberry, supple tannins, lively acidity, and subtle mineral notes for balance.

Finish: Long and elegant, lingering with red fruit and a touch of earthiness.
