酒廠歷史 / Distillery History
Maison Martell, founded in 1715 by Jean Martell from Jersey, is one of the oldest Cognac houses. Jean explored the Cognac region on horseback, selecting the finest eaux-de-vie, particularly from the Borderies cru, known for its floral and fruity character. Over centuries, Martell pioneered innovations like double distillation and aging in Tronçais oak barrels, emphasizing elegance and complexity. Acquired by Pernod Ricard in 2001, it continues to blend tradition with modernity, producing iconic expressions celebrated worldwide.

This limited edition Martell Cordon Bleu celebrates the 2026 Year of the Horse with artwork by Chinese artist He Datian, featuring dynamic calligraphy of a galloping horse symbolizing elevation and spirit. It's an XO cognac primarily from Borderies eaux-de-vie, aged in fine-grained oak, offering vibrant complexity in festive packaging.

酒款味道 / Cognac Flavor
Nosing: Vibrant orchard fruits like candied plum, apricot, and raisin, with cinnamon, mocha, and subtle toasted oak.
Palate: Rounded and mellow, unveiling crystallized fruits, gingerbread, toasted almonds, and gentle spices for a velvety texture.
Finish: Long and elegant, lingering with fruit, spices, and a soft echo of candied orange and nuts.
