Sullivans Cove Distillery was founded in 1994 in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, renowned for crafting single malt, single cask whiskies. It won World's Best Whisky awards in 2014, 2018, and 2019, signifying global acclaim. TD0462 continues this legacy, emphasizing natural flavors and patient maturation.


This single malt whisky uses American oak second-fill cask (TD0462), aged 10 years 2 months, filled on December 12, 2013, decanted on February 20, 2024. At 49.2% ABV, unflocked and unfiltered, with only 265 bottles produced. Features vibrant fruits like pineapple, apricot, pear, and banana chips, warm spices, sweet vanilla, and buttery floral notes. Palate offers bright ripe fruits, honeyed tart apples, peaches in syrup with waxy texture; mid-palate rounded warmth; finish with tangy sherbet-like notes, balancing brightness and depth, ideal neat or on rocks.
