阿部酒造位於新潟縣柏崎市，為注重風土與農業的現代清酒酒造。強調「圃場別プロジェクト」，親自管理特定稻田，使用自家或合作農家米釀酒。近年成立農業法人「kurafarm1804」，自行種植越淡麗等酒米，追求透明純粹。安田鳥越系列來自酒藏最近「里」地區田んぼ，融合傳統生酛與現代理念，展現新潟清酒深度與創新。

あべ The Sazanami 無濾過生原酒 為米易溶年限定系列，100%新潟產米（常五百万石），精米歩合約55-60%。無濾過、生、原酒、おりがらみ瓶詰，低酒精度（12-16%程度，年變動）。活用米溶解特性，帶來豐潤旨味以酸平衡輕盈，展現當年酒造方向。非典型新潟淡麗，強調米旨味與清爽。

聞香： 穏和清爽，帶馬斯卡特或蜜瓜、青蘋果果香、炊飯、細微乳酸與礦物。

口感： 柔軟多汁，豐潤米甘旨味伴瑞々酸擴散；おりがらみ輕氣泡與滑順，平衡不膩。

餘韻： 俐落清爽，殘留米甜與酸、礦物感持久。
