這次最新的「二粒米 山田錦」從以往的48%大幅推至35%精米度，口感更香更甘潤，精米度相比起SEASON 1的一粒米更高，更於日本盛大的清酒比賽SAKE COMPETITION 2023 中榮獲金獎第一名。「大嶺酒造」的目標是釀製出世界性的，連外國人也會覺得好喝的日本酒。他們使用了日本百水名選之一的弁天池の湧水，商品全部為純米釀造無添加類，原料米採用本地栽培的「山田錦」，全人手釀造，「Ohmine」其特色為具有濃郁如白桃般的華麗香氣，酒體滑順柔軟，甘酸平衡，且酒精度刻意降低，是透明感十足的佳釀。無論作為餐前酒或佐餐享用都一樣適合，深受米其林三星餐廳、名品發表會等所喜愛、肯定其芳醇濃郁。
