「森島酒造」於1869年創業，酒藏位於與太平洋僅70步之遙的茨城縣日立市，是與海洋十分靠近，擁有150年歷史的百年酒造！酒標的「一粒石」設計是來自2011年3月11日震災時掉落酒藏的大谷石。雖然當時酒藏受災嚴重，但也如向鏡湖面上投下的石子般，在六代目心中泛起追求「自己的風味」的漣漪。其後生產的銘柄不但多次獲得【全國新酒鑑評會】、【Kura Master】、【IWC】等的受賞賞項，作品更被評為「能成為讓料理味道更上一層樓、喝不膩更能刺激食欲的食中酒」，是款不容錯過的清酒！

Morishima Shuzo was founded in 1869 in Hitachi, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, by Michimasa Morishima, a former samurai from the Mito Domain. Located just steps from the Pacific Ocean, the family-run brewery has spanned six generations, emphasizing sake that pairs well with seafood due to its clarity and freshness. After the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, the current owner-brewmaster launched the "Morishima" brand, blending tradition with innovation for elegant, modern expressions.

Sake Introduction
This Junmai Daiginjo Muroka Nama Genshu is crafted from 100% Omachi rice polished to 50%, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted. It offers a fresh, effervescent style with a dry profile, medium body, and an exquisite balance of plump sweetness and powerful umami, ideal for various temperatures and meals.

Tasting Notes
Nosing: Fruity and floral with melon, ripe pear, spring blossoms, subtle earthiness, and herbal notes.
Palate: Gentle sweetness meets refreshing acidity; plump umami, silky texture, flavors of strawberry, banana, and spicy backbone.
Finish: Crisp and clean, with lingering umami depth and a pleasant, crunchy aftertaste.
