Distillery History:Yanghe Distillery in Jiangsu has centuries of history and is renowned for its “soft, mellow, strong-aroma” style. Dream Blue M6+ is the premium expression within the Dream Blue series.

Baijiu Introduction:Dream Blue M6+ is a soft-mellow strong-aroma baijiu at 52% ABV. It uses head-cut liquor from century-old pits in the Dream Blue Central Zone, with extended fermentation and long-term underground cellar ageing, then blended with older base wines.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Gorgeous with tropical fruits, grain aroma, aged cellar notes and subtle floral-fruity hints.Palate: Silky and mellow – rich fruit sweetness, grain notes, dried tangerine peel and gentle sweetness.Finish: Long, clean and lingering with persistent fruit, sweetness and soft mineral notes.
