Producer History:Guizhou Xijiu is located in Xishui County along the middle reaches of the Chishui River in Guizhou Province and belongs to the Moutai Group. Sharing the same legendary valley as Moutai, it benefits from unique climate, soil and water. Xijiu specialises in sauce-aroma (Jiangxiang) baijiu, adhering to pure-grain solid-state fermentation and the principle of storing sufficient aged liquor before release. It ranks among China’s leading baijiu brands.

Spirit Introduction:Jin Zuan Xijiu is a core mid-to-upper mid-range expression from Xijiu, positioned around “clean and pure.” Crafted from premium glutinous sorghum, high-temperature wheat Daqu and Chishui River water using the traditional 12987 process (two feedings, nine steamings, eight fermentations, seven extractions), it is carefully blended from base and aged liquors of different years. The result is a refined, balanced sauce-aroma spirit ideal for both formal occasions and everyday enjoyment.
