It serves as the heart of Dewar’s blended whisky, renowned for using the pure waters of the Pitilie Burn stream and traditional craftsmanship, emphasizing a “golden” flavor profile.

Aberfeldy 12: As the distillery’s entry-level age-statement expression, this 12-year-old single malt whisky is matured in a combination of bourbon and select sherry casks, bottled at 40% ABV, and non-chill filtered. It showcases the warm, sweet character of Highland whisky, ideal for both novices and seasoned enthusiasts.

Maturation: Primarily aged in ex-bourbon casks, with a portion in ex-sherry casks to enhance fruitiness and depth, matured for a minimum of 12 years.

ABV: 40% ABV, with a light and approachable body.

Craftsmanship: Employs long fermentation (approximately 70 hours) and slow distillation to preserve fruit and honey notes, highlighting Aberfeldy’s signature “golden” character.
