Barr Hill Gin - 375ml

Distillery History:Caledonia Spirits is based in Montpelier, Vermont, and was founded in 2011 by beekeeper Todd Hardie and Ryan Christiansen. The distillery focuses on supporting bees and pollinators, using local raw honey in its flagship Barr Hill Gin.

Spirit Introduction:Barr Hill Gin is distilled with juniper and finished with regional raw honey at 45% ABV. The result is a juniper-forward yet softly floral gin with natural sweetness from the honey – approachable, versatile and distinctive, ideal for classic cocktails like the Gin & Tonic or Bee’s Knees.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Fresh juniper with citrus, wildflower honey, pine and soft floral notes.Palate: Smooth and balanced – juniper-led with honey sweetness, pepper and herbal layers.Finish: Medium-long with lingering honey and pine, clean and gentle.
