Distillery History:Bushmills was founded in 1608 in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, and is one of the oldest licensed distilleries in the world. Known for triple distillation and smooth, fruity style, the 12 Year Old is a core aged expression.

Whisky Introduction:The Bushmills 12 Year Old is matured primarily in ex-bourbon casks with some sherry influence. At 40% ABV, it delivers vanilla, honey, citrus and gentle oak sweetness – a smooth and elegant Irish Whiskey.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Elegant with vanilla, honey, citrus, ripe pear and gentle oak sweetness.Palate: Smooth and rounded – rich vanilla, honey, citrus, toffee and gentle oak with good balance.Finish: Long and warm with lingering vanilla, honey and gentle oak.
