Producer History:Cellier des Princes was founded in 1925 and is the only cooperative cellar in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape area, based in Courthézon. With around 185 grower members, it focuses on classic southern Rhône wines made with traditional methods and hand-harvested grapes.

Wine Introduction:Cellier des Princes Grande Réserve Côtes du Rhône 2023 is a blend of approximately 80% Grenache with Syrah and Mourvèdre. After traditional maceration it is aged for 8 months in concrete tanks with partial oak influence, delivering ripe fruit, solid structure and elegant spice – a well-balanced everyday southern Rhône red.

Tasting Notes:Aroma: Intense red fruits – cherry, red berries – with spice, violet and soft vanilla notes.Palate: Rounded and full with ripe fruit, fine tannins, good structure and toasted spice layers.Finish: Medium-long with lingering red fruit and spice, balanced and elegant.
