Clos Henri Vineyard, nestled in Marlborough's Wairau Valley, New Zealand, was founded in 2000 by the Henri Bourgeois family from Sancerre, France, boasting 10 generations of winemaking heritage. After a 12-year global search for terroir akin to their homeland, they acquired 98 hectares of land with diverse soils, including glacial stones and clay, now organically farmed. The estate, named after the French "clos" tradition for enclosed vineyards, blends Old World expertise with New Zealand's pure environment, focusing on premium Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
