Domaine Gérard Thomas & Filles is a family estate based in Saint-Aubin, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, spanning about 12 hectares. Founded by Gérard's grandfather Hippolyte Thomas, it has been led by Gérard Thomas since 1982. His daughters, Anne-Sophie and Isabelle, now manage daily operations. The domaine produces wines from Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet, emphasizing traditional Burgundian methods with hand-harvesting and terroir expression. Over decades, it expanded holdings in premier crus through careful acquisitions.

Nosing: Bright and expressive with citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers, subtle hazelnut, and mineral hints; layered with ripe stone fruit notes.

Palate: Medium-bodied and balanced; flavors of ripe pear, citrus zest, white peach, and light oak; elegant minerality with refreshing acidity and subtle creaminess.

Finish: Persistent and refreshing; lingering citrus, mineral freshness, and a touch of nutty complexity.
