Distillery History:GlenDronach was founded in 1826 in the Scottish Highlands and is renowned for its richly sherried single malts. Now owned by Brown-Forman with Master Blender Rachel Barrie, the distillery continues its tradition of maturation in Spanish Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.

Whisky Introduction:The GlenDronach 21 Year Old Sherry Cask Matured is matured for 21 years in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bottled at 48% without chill-filtration. It delivers deep autumn fruits, dark chocolate and warm spice – an elegant and profound expression of the distillery’s signature sherried style.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Deep aromatics of autumn fruits, candied orange and gently spiced oak.Palate: Rich – sherry-soaked plum pudding, bitter chocolate, dried fruits and warming spices.Finish: Long and satisfying.
