Whisky Introduction:The Highland Park Single Cask #4303 is a Taiwan Duty Free exclusive distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2017 after 13 years in a refill sherry butt. Bottled at 63.1% natural strength without chill-filtration, it offers elegant sherry character with Highland Park’s signature honey, floral and subtle smoky profile.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Elegant sherry with raisins, figs, dark chocolate, honey and gentle smoky floral notes.Palate: Full and rounded – stewed black fruits, dark chocolate, toasted nuts, cinnamon and honeyed sweetness.Finish: Long, warm and lingering with dried fruit, chocolate, spice and subtle smoke.
