Whisky Introduction:This is the fifth release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, inspired by JING’s iconic Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong tea and created in collaboration with the tea specialist. Matured mainly in sherry-seasoned American oak, with European oak for depth and a touch of bourbon casks for sweetness, it captures peach, floral honey and delicate leafy astringency. The packaging incorporates waste tea leaves, reflecting both the tea inspiration and the series’ sustainability ethos.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Summery peach and apricot with the heady sweetness of floral honey, intertwined with tropical fruits, toffee and sweet oak.Palate: Fresh peaches in rich syrup, warm citrus and toffee, light floral notes leading to a delicate leafy astringency.Finish: Fruity, sweet and complex.
