Founded by Jeremy Li and Nic Law, the name N.I.P. stands for "Not Important Persons," embodying the humble, persistent "can-do" spirit of Hong Kong. Drawing inspiration from local flavors, they blend traditional botanicals with subtropical elements like teas, citrus, and herbs to create unique gins. The distillery emphasizes innovation, incorporating Hong Kong's cultural essence into limited-edition series, reflecting the founders' passion for tea, gin, and even cats.

This flavored gin, inspired by Hong Kong's Yuan Yang (tea-coffee mix), features a base of juniper, lemon, lime, rose, and apple, infused with Jasmine Pearls, Mao Feng Jasmine tea, and Ethiopian washed coffee.Nosing: Aromatic jasmine tea with white florals, apricot notes, and earl grey complexity.Palate: Juniper-forward with jasmine tea elegance meeting coffee's nutty, fruity depth; golden amber warmth balanced by crisp gin brightness.Finish: Lingering roasted coffee and subtle sweetness.
