Bottler history:Signatory Vintage was founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington and is based in Pitlochry. It is known for high-quality independent bottlings, particularly selections from fine sherry casks, and has a close association with the Edradour Distillery.

Whisky notes:This is Signatory Speyside (M) 2008 18YO 100 Proof Edition #18, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2026. It was fully matured in First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts and bottled at 57.1% ABV (100 Proof).

Tasting notes:Nosing: raisins, figs, dark chocolate and orange peel, with toffee and spice.Palate: full and rich, dried fruit, caramel and chocolate, with nuts and Oloroso oak.Finish: long and powerful, with warm spice and concentrated dried fruit.
