Distillery HistorySignatory Vintage was founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington and his brother. The name originated from the initial idea of having notable figures sign each bottle. Their first bottling was a 1968 Glenlivet, which sold out quickly. Andrew later took full ownership, moved the company to Pitlochry, and focused on single-cask bottlings. Known for selecting high-quality casks, natural colour, and no chill-filtration, Signatory has become one of the world’s most respected independent bottlers, faithfully presenting each cask’s unique character.

Special FeaturesThis is Batch 2 of the Cigar Reserva series, custom-crafted for the renowned Spanish tobacconist Lewis Stagnetto in Gibraltar, following the inaugural release. The whisky is from The Macallan distillery (indicated as Speyside (M) on the label). Matured for 16 years in first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts and bottled at 50% ABV specifically to complement fresh, full-bodied cigars. It offers versatile tasting experiences—neat, with a few drops of water, or over ice—revealing new layers of complexity each time.
