Distillery History:Sullivans Cove in Cambridge, Tasmania, is one of Australia’s premier single malt distilleries, known for high-quality cask selection and elegant, fruity expressions.

Whisky Introduction:The American Oak Second-Fill TD0394 is a single cask matured in a 300L American oak barrel previously used for an earlier Sullivans Cove whisky. Distilled October 2013 and decanted July 2025, bottled at 47.4% natural strength, limited to only 250 bottles.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Sweet and inviting with vanilla bean, coconut, roasted pineapple, caramel and gentle tropical fruit.Palate: Rounded and smooth – rich vanilla cream, coconut, roasted pineapple, honey and light oak sweetness.Finish: Long, creamy with lingering vanilla, coconut and tropical fruit notes.
