Whisky Introduction:This Talisker 25 Year Old Old Bottling is a 43% expression from the 2013-2019 era. Long maturation softens the intense peat while adding layers of fruit, honey and oak – delivering an elegant and powerful mature Skye character.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Elegant smoke with sea salt, citrus peel, ripe pear, honey and subtle seaweed.Palate: Oily and smooth – smoky pepper, salted caramel, orange zest, honey and oak spice.Finish: Long, dry and lingering with smoke, sea salt, light chocolate and classic Talisker pepper.
