Brewery History:Jukyu Shuzo in Nagano is known for innovative, high-quality sake. The Gattolibero series features playful animal-themed labels. "Le Chat Botté" (Puss in Boots) draws inspiration from the French fairy tale and rainy-season boots, using Miyamanishiki rice and bottle pasteurization.

Sake Introduction:This Jukyu Le Chat Botté (Puss in Boots) Hi-ire is a limited release using Nagano Miyamanishiki polished to 55%. Bottle-pasteurized for stability, it offers white grape, lychee and lime aromas with refined umami and bright acidity – a charming fairy-tale expression in the Gattolibero series.

Tasting Notes:Nosing: Fragrant with white grape, lychee, lime, fig and delicate floral notes.Palate: Rounded and full – rich fruit sweetness, refined umami and bright acidity with excellent balance.Finish: Long and refreshing with lingering fruit and mineral elegance.
