大七 頌歌 純米大吟釀 - 720ml

大七清酒系列中，「頌歌」的定位比經典的「箕輪門」高上一級。

「頌歌」除了用傳統的「生酛」方法釀製外，更透過「袋吊」方式取酒。所謂袋吊，即是將酒醪置於布袋中，透過自然重力將清酒一點一滴的跟酒粕分離，由於沒有施加任何外力，因此酒體更加優雅飽滿。以此古法取得的清酒名為「雫酒」。雫酒製作工序繁複，因此每年「頌歌」均是限量發售。

倒酒進杯，聞香是幽幽的梨甜香及清新白花香，帶淡淡乳酪味，入口酒質意想不到的纖細，米香伴著點點酸感擴散，爾後的酒感稍為溢出，輕微的刺激過後，酒香恰到好處地伴隨著洋梨及花香在喉頭縈繞。
