大嶺3粒 秋酒(ひやおろし) 山田錦 生詰 原酒 1800ml

秋季限定的大嶺 三粒米 OHMINE，以綠色的玻璃瓶包裝。 「冷卸 ひやおろし」是指將春天釀好的新酒經過一次「火入」(抑制微生物再活動)後，釀造完成後低溫貯藏熟成約半年，度過炎夏，等到秋天時外界溫度已經跟儲藏室差不多，不經第二次「火入」就直接出貨。在經過了一個夏天的冷藏熟成，避掉了酷熱，冷卸酒的口感變得圓潤溫和、味道豐富又富有旨味，相當美味可口，酒體變得更圓潤有深度，果香四溢，比起普通三粒米山田錦版本味道有更多層次。
