青森縣的西田酒造自1870年成立,志力以回到釀酒的原點為中心去造出別樹一格的清酒。而田酒中的「田」是指稻田，他們多年堅決不使用任何酒精和釀造糖類去釀酒，顧名思義，米是田酒的旨味來源。每款田酒的產量都十分稀少，及只在特定期間推出。
