「而今 特別純米 生酒」是由日本三重縣的木屋正酒造(Kiya Shuzo)釀造的一款高品質清酒。木屋正酒造創立於江戶時代,擁有悠久的釀酒歷史,以追求極致風味聞名。這款清酒採用100%純米釀造,並以「生酒」形式裝瓶,未經過濾和加熱處理(火入),保留了酒液的新鮮感與原始風味。其特別之處在於使用當地優質米種與軟水,並在低溫環境下發酵,賦予酒體豐富的果香與米麴的甘甜,口感清爽且層次分明。生酒的特色使其風味更加活潑,建議冷藏保存並盡快飲用,以體驗其最佳狀態。
